Terms & Policy
All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
A fee of $200 for each carpet or seat cleaning. Sanitation fee is $350 will be applied in the event of bodily fluid evacuation.
Alcohol Consumption is BYOB and is allowed in all Transportation Star vehicles. However, drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand while the vehicles are in motion. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles, but Vapor is left to the discretion of the driver.
Overtime pay will apply in 15 minutes increments to all hourly Charters, after prearranged time described on the run sheet.
Grace periods on point to point service: 5 mins at local pickups. 30 mins from wheels down on AUS/airport pickups.
AUS/airport rates. From 6am – 11pm our normal rates apply. With trips initiated between 5-6am and 11pm-12am there will be a $25 overtime fee added. With trips initiated between 4-5am and 12-1am there will be a $40 overtime fee added. On any trips initiated between 1-4am there will be a 50% overtime fee added.
Charters initiated more than 25 mins of our base in Austin, will have travel time added to the total reservation and bill as garage to garage.
Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicles – return fees will apply and based on the distance/time to return item.
Balances to be charged and completion of the trip, and/or authorized the day before the beginning of the trip.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
